According to experts, 25% of women over 35 suffer from uterine fibroids. A large percentage of these women never experience any symptoms, but others do experience severe pain.

A uterine fibroid, also called myoma, is the most common noncancerous tumor in women. Although not all women require treatment, the discomfort and severity of this tumor will depend on its size, location, and number. Although they can occur at a young age, they are most common between the ages of 30 and 40, decreasing at the onset of menopause.
Most uterine fibroids are hormone-dependent, meaning they develop as a result of the action of female hormones, such as estradiol, on the uterine muscle.
Symptoms that indicate that you may have ovarian cysts
There are specific symptoms that will help you determine whether or not you’re prone to ovarian cysts. Here are the most common ones:
- Irregular menstrual cycles, i.e., cycles lasting longer than 35 days.
- Feeling pain during sexual intercourse, also called dyspareunia
- Problems or pain when urinating
- Breast tenderness
- Weight gain
- Feeling of weight in the belly
- Severe pain in your lower abdomen
However, there are natural remedies that can help you relieve these pains and treat these diseases.
Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is a natural remedy that works to reduce the symptoms of uterine fibroids. Its properties help detoxify the body and promote body fat loss. On the other hand, some people believe this vinegar could also help shrink fibroid tumors, although this has not been scientifically proven. However, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water every day for three or four months can make a difference in your body.
However, if you find you don’t like the taste, you can also sweeten it with a tablespoon of molasses or a natural sweetener.
Beetroot, garlic and molasses
This is a homemade, yet effective, recipe that helps eliminate cysts that may exist in the ovaries or uterus.
Ingredients:
- A head of garlic
- 1 kilo of drained and grated beetroot
- Half a liter of molasses or honey
Preparation:
First, chop the garlic very finely and set aside. In a blender, blend the beets. Then, in a glass bowl, add the garlic cloves, the molasses, and the beets. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator. After two hours, it’s ready to eat.
You should take this mixture three times a day: once on an empty stomach, and the other two after digestion. It’s best to take it for two months to see the results.
